Frequently asked questions
How much is the deposit?
$200, in cash or by transfer (USD, LKR or RUB). The bike's condition is video-recorded at handover, and the deposit is refunded immediately when the bike comes back undamaged.
Is the bike insured?
Yes — every bike carries insurance that covers the bike itself. Excess and minor-damage terms are agreed at handover.
Do you provide helmets?
Yes, 2 helmets come free with every bike — open-face and full-face, in good condition, child helmets included. A phone holder and a raincoat come with every bike too.
What about fuel?
The bike is delivered with an empty tank. If you prefer, we can deliver it with a full tank — in that case please return it full.
Where and how fast do you deliver?
Free delivery anywhere from Galle to Matara — Unawatuna, Weligama, Mirissa and Ahangama included — usually within 2 hours of confirmation. Outside the zone is possible too, ask on WhatsApp.
What if the bike breaks down?
A serious breakdown means a replacement bike straight away, at our cost. A punctured tyre is repaired at the renter's cost; other minor repairs are on us.
Do you keep my passport?
No, never. We photograph your licence, passport and return ticket — the originals stay with you.
What is the minimum rental period?
7 days for bikes. A car with a driver can be booked from a single day.
Do I need a licence for a car with a driver?
No. You're a passenger — no licence, IDP or permit needed. Documents only matter when you ride or drive yourself. Full guide here.
